Nothing made me more frustrated and sad than when the world turned against bread. Bread, who’d always been there for us to scoop up leftover sauce, to make the perfect sandwich, to eat with cheese, to toast and butter in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee. Don’t be a traitor to bread. It’s worked so hard.
